Questions shop owners ask
Will this get my Instagram account banned?
It works through Instagram's official API for businesses, the way approved business tools do, and follows Instagram's messaging rules. You can also start in Drafts and send every reply yourself.
Do I need a Shopify store?
No. You can connect a Shopify store with its link, upload a spreadsheet, or add products by hand. More shop platforms are coming.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It doesn't guess. It tells the customer the shop will check and get back to them, and the chat appears under Needs you for you to answer.
Which languages does it speak?
It replies in the language your customer writes in, even if your products are listed in English. The dashboard is in English for now, with more languages coming.
Can I check replies before they are sent?
Yes. In Drafts, it writes each reply and nothing is sent until you approve it. You can switch to Auto, or off, at any time.
Do I need a Facebook Page?
No. You need an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator), which you can switch to for free in Instagram's settings.
What will it cost?
Early access is free. After that there is a free trial, then one flat monthly price with AI included. Founding members get a discount.
What happens to my data?
Your shop details and conversations are used only to run the assistant for your shop. We don't sell data or use one shop's chats for another. Read the details in our Privacy Policy.
