Data deletion

Delete your shop's data

Email 0xnull.dev@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and tell us your Instagram username. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm that you control that Instagram account.

We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

• Your shop account and the Instagram connection, including the stored access token.
• The conversations, messages and comments we stored for your shop.
• Your products, shop information and assistant settings.
• Your AI usage records.
• The record of how you used the dashboard.

What we may keep

Short-lived database backups, which expire on their own, and records we are required by law to keep.

If you wrote to a shop

Email 0xnull.dev@gmail.com with your Instagram username and the name of the shop, and we will delete your messages from that shop's account within 30 days. You can also ask the shop directly.

Remove the app in Instagram

In Instagram, go to Settings, then Apps and websites, find Palsko and remove it. This stops Instagram from sharing new data with us.
