Terms of Service

Agreement

By connecting your Instagram account to Palsko you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Palsko is in beta, is free to use for now, and may change.

Your account

You must be allowed to manage the Instagram professional account you connect, and you must follow Instagram's and Meta's terms and policies, including their rules on messaging and automation.

AI replies

Palsko uses AI to draft and send replies. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or misunderstand a customer. You are responsible for what is sent from your account. We recommend starting with drafts and checking replies before you let the assistant answer on its own.

You decide what the assistant knows. Do not rely on it for legal, medical or safety advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• send spam, unsolicited or deceptive messages;
• use the service for anything unlawful;
• try to break, overload or reach other people's data;
• use the service to mislead people about who they are talking to.

Your data

Your shop information and conversations remain yours. You allow us to process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

During the beta we provide the service as it is, without promising that it will always work or be free of errors. We may change, pause or stop it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, or for messages sent by the assistant or by you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop at any time by removing Palsko in your Instagram settings and asking us to delete your data. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or if Meta requires it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes go to the courts in Belgrade, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
